The business model we selected for our online boutique is the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) model. With this model we are able to have full control of the customer experience, from the online storefront to our advertising and order fulfillment. Using this model will allow us to communicate directly with our customers, gather feedback and better understand their preferences so we can create a more personalized customer experience that separates us from the competition.
