Based upon this week’s readings and the Jon Steinberg presentation, answer the following questions in a one-page (minimum) paper.

In the 1960s, Leonard Nimoy played Spock, a favorite character on the TV series “Star Trek.” Thirty years later, Oprah Winfrey became a favorite talk show host and movie producer. These two stars were loved and admired by their fans, despite their different TV personalities.

  • Discuss why Olsen refers to qualitative and quantitative feedback as “Oprah versus Spock.”
