Checkpoint 3 (Final Video and Apply Critical Thinking)

For the Assignment submit one document with your Video link at the top, Your list of references next, then the Feedback on the associated video link/Ted Talk located just below the assignment description.

Part A (shoot your video on your topic)

You will submit your Final video. This is your version or a PROPERLY REFERENCED talk on anything health related for 8-10 minutes. Think of this talk being posted on something like the NorQuest website or a “Ted Talk”.  Make it a professional as you can.  

The majority of marks are for proper sources, clear speech and basic video etiquette (can I see and hear you, no fancy stuff required) Your Face must be visible for the Entire video so I can see who is speaking.Upload to YouTube and make sure the video is unlisted. An unlisted video can’t be searched without the link.

You will provide the link to the video on the top of the complete reference page. All the references used to create the video, thus a summation of the previous references you have collected in passed checkpoints.Submit a Word or PDF file with a link to your final video and to answer the following.

Part B

Apply the knowledge and skills you have refined in the previous Assignments.  Review the Video linked below on the Moodle page and critically analyze the health presentation for things you “agree with” (A) and “things you have more questions about” (B)

The written answers should include:

A – Provide 2 points/example of Things you agree with:

• Be specific with the time stamp and description
• Include at least 2 sentences in your own words as to what you agree with
• Find a minimum of 2 APA Journal references that agrees with your assessment of the video

Your 2 points must be ones that you feel are accurate AND supported by APA peer review journal references (2 references for each point, thus a minimum total of 4)B – Provide 2 points/example of Things you have more questions about:

• Include at least 2 sentences in your own words as to what you do not 100% agree with
• Find a minimum of 2 APA Journal references that agrees with your assessment of the video
